Why Do Subscribers Fail to Receive Messages After I Publish Messages to a Topic?
If you have verified that the subscription endpoints are normal, the most possible reason is that the subscribers have not confirmed their subscriptions or the confirmation messages and messages published have been blocked.
Check whether the message is blocked and processed as a junk message.
If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Check whether the message is categorized as a junk mail.
Due to reasons such as disaster recovery or traffic adjustment, the email address changes dynamically. Therefore, a specific email address cannot be provided.
SMN has preset some blacklisted email addresses (honeypot email addresses). If you create email subscriptions in similar formats, SMN will not send emails to these email addresses to protect the SMN email sending system. Do not use an email address that contains fields indicating the administrator, such as support, master, admin, or service.
Note: Honeypot emails are intentionally created email accounts that can only be identified by scanners. Typically, no emails are sent to these accounts. However, if an email is sent to any of these addresses, both the sender and the source IP address of the sender's mailbox will be flagged and blocked.
