Deleting a Database

You can delete databases that you have created.
Notice
Deleted databases cannot be recovered. Exercise caution when performing this operation.
Constraints
- Custom databases cannot be deleted from DB instances that are in the process of being restored.
Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select a region and a project. - Click Service List. Under Database, click Relational Database Service.
- On the Instances page, click the target DB instance.
- On the Databases page, locate the target database and click Delete in the Operation column. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
