Deleting a Database Account

Constraints

• Accounts cannot be deleted from DB instances that are in the process of being restored.

Procedure

1. Log in to the management console.
2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region and a project.
3. Click Service List. Under Database, click Relational Database Service.
4. On the Instances page, click the target DB instance.
5. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Accounts. On the displayed page, locate the target username and click Delete in the Operation column.
6. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
