Enabling or Disabling a Load Balancer
You can enable or disable a load balancer at any time. The load balancer stops receiving and routing traffic after it is disabled.
If some load balancers are not required but cannot be deleted, you can disable them.
Note
This feature is available in certain regions. You can see which regions support them on the console.
Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner of the console and select a desired region and project. - Click
in the upper left corner to display Service List and choose Network > Elastic Load Balance. - Locate the load balancer and choose More > Enable or More > Disable.
- Click OK.
