Which Headers Are Mandatory in an HTTP-based Packet Request?

CPTS does not have mandatory headers and is only responsible for transparently transmitting defined headers. Whether a header needs to be carried depends on whether the server will verify or use this header. Therefore, add headers and bodies accordingly.
