By default, you can create up to 100 enterprise projects.
If the default quota cannot meet your requirements, you can apply for a higher quota..
Disabled enterprise projects are still counted towards your enterprise project quota. If your enterprise project quota is insufficient, you can enable the disabled enterprise projects before applying for a higher quota.
