Managing Data Portals

Prerequisite

Editing Data Portal

1. Click in the upper left corner to select a region.
2. In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
3. Select the desired project and click the project name to enter into the project homepage > Work Management > Data Portals. The data portals page is displayed.
4. Select the data portal to be operated and click the list name or click Edit in the Operation column.

   Table 1 Parameters

   Parameter	Description
   Name	Name of the new data portal.
   Creator	Person who creates the data portal.
   User who performed the modification	Person who modifies the data portal.
   Modified	Time when the data portal is edited.
   Operation	Edit: Edit the data portal. View: View the data portal. Sharing and Collaboration: Assign permissions for the data portal. Delete: Delete the data portal.

Viewing the Data Portal

1. Click in the upper left corner to select a region.
2. In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
3. Select the desired project and click the project name to enter into the project homepage > Work Management > Data Portals. The data portals page is displayed.
4. Select the data portal to be operated and click View in the Operation column.

Deleting a Data Portal

1. Click in the upper left corner to select a region.
2. In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
3. Select the desired project and click the project name to enter into the project homepage > Work Management > Data Portals. The data portals page is displayed.
4. Select a data portal and click Delete in the Operation column. You can also click Delete in the upper right corner of the page to delete data portals.
5. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
