Taking a Dashboard Offline

Prerequisites

• A project has been created by referring to Creating a Project.
• A data source has been connected by referring to Creating a Data Source.
• A dataset has been created by referring to Creating a Dataset.
• A dashboard has been created by referring to Creating a Dashboard.

Procedure

1. Click in the upper left corner to select a region.
2. In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
3. In the My Projects area on the right, select or search for a project and access it.
4. The Dashboard page is displayed.
5. Click the name of the dashboard to be taken offline.
   Note

   To determine whether a dashboard has been published or not, check the status of the View button under More in the Operation column. If the button is not grayed out, the dashboard has been published. If the button is grayed out, the dashboard has not been published yet.

6. Click next to Republish.
7. On the page that is displayed, click Take Offline. When a message is displayed indicating that the dashboard has been taken offline, the dashboard has been taken offline successfully.
