Granting the Permission to Edit and Use an Indicator

Preparations

• A project has been created by referring to Creating a Project.
• A data source has been created by referring to Connecting to a Data Source.
• A dataset has been created by referring to Creating a Dataset.

Procedure

1. Click in the upper left corner to select a region.
2. In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
3. Click the name of the desired project in the My Projects area in the right pane.
4. Select the indicator to be authorized.
5. Click Share & Collaborate in the Operation column.
6. Edit the indicator permission on the Sharing and Collaboration Configuration page.
7. Select the permissions that you want to assign.
8. Select the objects that you want to authorize.
   • User: Grant a user the permission to edit the indicator.
   • User Group: After a user group is authorized, all users in the group obtain the selected permissions on the indicator.
9. Select the users and user groups that you want to authorize.

10. Check the authorization.
    1. Log in to the console using the authorized account.
    2. Access the target project and indicator, and edit and save the settings.
