Data analysts can provide intelligent reports and data to third parties, making data more accessible and easier to interact with. Dashboards and large screens in a project can be embedded into other systems to integrate with other application systems and implement integrated service applications.
Prerequisites
- You have subscribed to DataArts Insight.
- A dashboard or screen has been published in the project.
- Create an embedding requires analyst permissions on the dashboard or large screen.
Procedure
- Click
in the upper left corner to select a region. - In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
- Click the search icon in the upper right corner, enter a desired project name. Then, click the retrieved project.
- Choose Work Management > Embedded Analytics.
- Click Create Embed. The page is displayed.

- Select the dashboard or large screen where you want to create an embed.
- Click Create Embedding.
- Set the parameters.

Description
Embed Object
Embedded object, which can be a visual control or large screen under the dashboard.
Embed Name
Uniqueness User-defined name
NOTE:- If the embedded names are the same, click OK and Copy. The message "The embedding name is already in use." is displayed.
- The value can contain 1 to 32 characters. Only letters, digits, underscores (_), and hyphens (-) are allowed.
Access Control
The value can be Login access.
NOTE:If set to Ticket authentication, any user can use a valid ticket to check reports (large screen) and access related data. Keep the ticket properly to avoid data leakage risks.
Custom Size
This parameter is available only when you choose Dashboard when creating the embed. The default width is 1920, and the default height is 1080.
URL Type
Use resource ID and Use resource name
NOTE:Note: When using resource names as embed URLs, modifying the enterprise project name, project name, or embed name will make the previously used embed URL invalid. Please be cautious when making modifications.
Obtain Embed Code
The options are URL and Iframe code.
