Data Portal Sharing and Collaboration

Editing and using the data portal to other users or user groups are supported. This section describes how to assign the permission to the data portal.

  • Edit Authorization: Enabling this allows you to grant edit permissions to members, including creating, editing, replacing, and deleting data portals, as well as performing data analysis based on the data portal.

    Enable the edit permission of the data portal. By default, the usage permission of the data portal is enabled.

  • Authorization: After this function is enabled, the usage permission can be assigned to members. Only the data portal can be analyzed.
  1. Click in the upper left corner to select a region.
  2. In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
  3. Select the desired project and click the name to access the project.
  4. Choose Work Management > Data Portals.
  5. Select the data portal to be operated and click Sharing and Collaboration in the Operation column.
  6. In the displayed page, edit the permissions of data portal.
  7. Select permissions to be granted.
  8. Select objects to be authorized.
    • User: Grant a user the permission to edit the data portal.
    • User Group: After a user group is authorized, all users in the group obtain the permissions of the data portal.
  9. Select the users and user groups to be authorized as required.
