DataArts Insight allows you to grant editing and usage permissions of your dashboard to other users or user groups, which can improve its efficiency when multiple users are accessing it.
Prerequisites
- A project has been created by referring to Creating a Project.
- A data source has been connected by referring to Connecting to a Data Source. The sharing and collaboration permissions of the data source have been enabled.
- A dataset has been created by referring to Creating a Dataset Through Visual Configuration. The sharing and collaboration permissions of the dataset have been enabled.
- A dashboard has been created by referring to Creating a Dashboard.
Procedure
- Click  in the upper left corner to select a region. in the upper left corner to select a region.
- In the lower left corner of the navigation pane, select an enterprise project from Enterprise Project.
- In the My Projects area on the right, select or search for a project and access it.
- The Dashboard page is displayed.
- On the Dashboard page, locate the row containing a desired dashboard, click More in the Operation column, and select Share and Collaborate. On the displayed page, authorize for the dashboard.Figure 1 Sharing and collaboration configuration  - PermissionsEdit Authorization: Enabling this allows you to grant edit permissions to members, including creating, editing, replacing, and deleting dashboards, as well as performing data analysis based on the dashboard. Export Authorization: Enabling this allows you to grant export permissions to members, allowing them to export dashboards, as well as perform data analysis based on the dashboard. View Authorization: This is a customer service member permission that only allows data analysis based on the dashboard. 
- Authorization objectsUser: Users can obtain editing and usage permissions for the dashboard. User Group: When authorization is given to a user group, all users within the group will obtain relevant permissions for the dashboard.
